We organize care around three pillars: the body, the mind, and the relationships that make life worth living.
Build the physical capacity to stay strong, mobile, and independent.
Support the systems that regulate energy, recovery, and resilience.
Strengthen the relationships, purpose, and engagement that make life meaningful.
To get started: a physician assessment, review of existing labs and a personalized health roadmap.
Every month: one-to-one health coaching, weekly check-ins and help putting the plan into practice.
For family: participation in care-team conversations, with your parent’s permission.
[Peak to confirm: initial assessment timing, ongoing physician access, family-call availability and costs for additional testing, prescriptions and outside care.]
The first step is a private conversation with our team.
Save their place. We'll send launch updates.
We review heart, metabolic, cognitive and cancer-related risks, alongside strength and mobility, to identify priorities for your parent’s plan.
Earlier action preserves independence, choices, and time together.

The membership itself is paid directly, which is what lets us spend real time with your family instead of billing codes. Labs, imaging, and prescriptions we recommend can often run through their existing insurance or Medicare.
Yes, and most founding families start exactly this way. You apply, we meet your parent together, and you stay in the loop through the shared plan and family calls.
Care is delivered by phone and video, so your parents join from home. Lab work and imaging are arranged near where they live.
One parent, with the whole family looped in: the shared plan, family calls, and updates are included for everyone around them. Enrolling both parents? We'll walk through options on your founding-family call.
Often, in part. Physician services, labs, and imaging are typically FSA/HSA eligible; the membership fee itself depends on your plan's rules. We provide itemized receipts, and your plan administrator can confirm what qualifies.
Three steps: you share a little context, you and your parent meet the team on a private call, and if it's a fit, they join the founding cohort. No purchase happens before that call. Start the application
